These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our app and services related to the purchase of airtime and mobile data for various network providers in Nigeria. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this app. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Bimma allows users to: Purchase mobile airtime and data bundles for Nigerian network providers (e.g., MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9mobile)

User Account

You must register and create an account using a valid phone number and other required details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Payment and Transactions

Payments can be made via bank transfer, or wallet balance (if applicable). All payments are processed securely using third-party payment gateways. You agree that once a transaction is completed and airtime/data is delivered, it cannot be reversed or refunded.

Fees and Charges

Prices for airtime/data will be displayed before confirmation. We may charge a small service fee or offer discounts where applicable. These will be disclosed during checkout.

Network Availability

We rely on third-party network providers. While we aim for accuracy and uptime, we are not responsible for any issues, delays, or failures caused by network operators.

Refund Policy

Non-refundable transactions: Once airtime or data is delivered successfully, no refund will be issued. If a transaction fails but your account was debited, please contact support within 24 hours. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Limitation of Liability

• Service interruptions beyond our control.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app without notice if you violate these Terms or use the app for unlawful purposes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
